Updating Apple TV IOS

Run regular updates on your Apple TV to make sure it’s running the current IOS version and get the best experience out of your Seed TV Menus.

Manually check for updates

  1. Go to Settings Apple Settings Icon  on Apple TV.

  2. Go to System > Software Updates and select Update Software.If an update is available, a message appears.

  3. Select Download and Install to start downloading.
    During the update process, don’t disconnect your Apple TV. The status light may flash slowly during the update process.

Set Automatic updates

  1. Go to Settings Apple Settings Icon on Apple TV 4K.
  2. Go to System > Software Updates and select Automatically Update to turn it on.
