Setting Organizational Access

Govern which store locations can access channels, product playlists or media playlists



  • If checked, this channel or playlist will be available on every Seed TV device at every store within your organization.
  • If unchecked, this channel or playlist will only be available to the store you are currently editing. (Use the store selector in the top bar of the page to view/edit stores in your organization)

Where to find All Stores check box

Channels

  1. Go to TV Menu > Channels.
  2. Select a Channel from the left sidebar.
  3. At the top of the page, find the All Stores checkbox.

Product Playlists

  1. Go to TV Menu > Product Playlists.
  2. Select a Product Playlist from the left sidebar.
  3. At the top of the page, find the All Stores checkbox

Media Playlists

  1. Go to TV Menu > Media Playlists.
  2. Select a Media Playlist from the left sidebar.
  3. At the top of the page, find the All Stores checkbox.
