Product names, brand names, and other data from your POS can be altered when displayed on Seed TV or Self Service.
Note: We recommend first cleaning up any product data within your POS in bulk, then using our Product Editor for individual cases that need adjustment.
Using the Product Editor in Seed Manager
- Log in to your Seed Manager account on your web browser.
- Go to Self Service > Product Editor.
- Find the product you want to edit by scrolling down the table or using the search bar in the top right corner.
- Click on a Name, Product Type, or Strain Type to edit, then click the Save button.
- Changes made to product data will appear on Seed devices within a few minutes. If not updating, you may need to restart the Seed TV app or the Seed Self Service kiosk.
