Fire Remote Not Responding or Not Changing Channel
If your remote isn't working as expected, during or after device setup try the following solutions.
- Replace batteries with 2 fresh AAA batteries
- Use remote at least 3-6 feet from TV
- Ensure no obstructions between remote and device
- Unplug the power supply for the Fire Stick from the outlet, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in. Test remote again.
