Clearing Seed Signage App Cache on Amazon Devices
Like any app, the memory cache can become stale and prevent proper data syncing. This may appear the Seed Signage app is showing out of date inventory or deals. The following steps will guide you on clearing that cache to allow the Seed Signage app to sync menu data again.
- Exit the Seed Signage app by click the Home button on the Amazon remote
- Navigate to Settings
→ Applications
→ - Select Manage Installed Applications, select the Seed Signage app, and click "Clear cache"
- Click back to Settings → My Fire TV → (enter PIN if set) Select Restart
Relaunch the Seed Signage app and select the channel of content again.
