Changing TV Menu Channels Remotely

Live Seed TV menus can be monitored and changed remotely.

  1. Navigate to the TV Menu > Live TVs & Pairings page. The page will default to show all store devices paired. Make sure to select the specific store where the device content needs to be updated.
  2. Find the device name you want to change the content on and click the blue “Change Channel” link.
  3. A popup window will show available channels to select from. The highlighted title is the current Active channel. Click “Assign Channel” to change that active content.

    You should see the prompt appear at the top of the page. Content will update after a minute.
