Amazon Device has a White Blank screen or Error Screen

Internet Service Interruption or being too far behind on updates can impact Seed app stability. Refer to device settings below to restore Seed Signage menu syncing.

  • Try loading a different Seed channel
    If other channels load: Issue is likely with the specific channel. Contact your internal Seed Manager support contact.
  • If no channels load: Restart the FireStick TV from Settings
    Navigate to Settings → My Fire TV → enter code if set. Select Restart 
  • Confirm WiFi is connected and active 
    - Navigate to Settings → Network → WiFi
    Are other installed apps loading, previews playing?
  • Check if there are updates available for the FireStick TV
    - Navigate to Settings→ My Fire TV → About Check for Updates
