Adding & Managing Assets in Seed Media Library

- PNG, JPEG, or GIF
- 16:9 and 9:16 aspect ratios
- 1920 x 1080 pixels (landscape/horizontal)
- 1080 x 1920 pixels (portrait/vertical)
- 960 x 1080 pixels (Horizontal Split Screen Layout image)
- 960 x 960 pixels (Vertical Split Screen Layout image)

Adding & Managing Media in the Seed Manager Library:

Access the Media Library

Navigate to the Seed Manager media library interface.

Locate the options in the top right corner for uploading files or creating new folders.

Upload a File

Choose one of the following methods to upload:

Multi-select files from your computer's file selector.

Drag and drop files directly into the media library.

Use the Canva integration (click here to learn more) to import & sync media assets.

Set Visibility and Scheduling

Determine the visibility of the media asset:

Choose from options such as "All Stores," a specific region, or a single store.

Schedule the Media Playlist or Media Asset(s):

Select the desired date for the asset to run (e.g., next Monday).

Set the recurrence (e.g., weekly).
- NOTE: Schedules can be applied to either the entire Media Playlist, or individual media assets within the Media Playlist

Tag the Media Asset

Add relevant tags to the media asset (e.g., "weekly deals").

Save the tag.

Finalize Upload

Click on Upload Media to add the asset to the media library.

Create a New Folder

Click on the New Folder option.

Name the folder (e.g., "Wana").

Once the folder is created, you can:

Drag and drop media files into the folder.

Select a file, then use the Move to Folder option to place it in the new folder.

Upload Media Directly into a Folder

Navigate to the newly created folder.

Click on Upload File and select the desired file.

Rename the file as needed (e.g., "Kiva Chocolate").

Upload the media directly into the folder.
